​Facilitation: All bookings made through our agency are subject to availability at the hotel property.

​Accuracy: We strive to provide the most accurate information regarding room categories (Luxury, Premium, etc.) and amenities, based on the details provided by the hotel management.

​Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a formal confirmation via WhatsApp or Call from our agency manager, Jeetu Yogi, and any required advance payment is processed.

​4. Payments and Refunds

​Advance Payments: To secure a room, guests may be required to pay a booking amount.

​Refund Policy: Since we are an independent agency, all cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific refund policy of the hotel property. We will assist you in the refund process as per the hotel’s terms.

​Service Fees: Our agency may include a facilitation fee within the total booking amount for managing the reservation.

​5. Limitation of Liability

​As an Independent Booking Agency, Jeetu Yogi and this platform shall not be held liable for:

​Any discrepancies in the on-site services provided by the hotel staff.

​Any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your stay at the property.

​Delays or cancellations caused by technical issues or third-party factors.

​6. User Responsibilities

​Users are responsible for providing accurate contact and identity information during the booking process. Any fraudulent inquiries or bookings may result in the cancellation of services.
