At Jeetu Nainital Stays, we strive to make your booking experience at Hotel Himalaya, Nainital as smooth as possible. Since we act as an authorized booking partner, our cancellation and refund rules follow the official guidelines of the hotel management.

1. Cancellation Rules

Agar aap apni booking cancel karna chahte hain, toh niche diye gaye rules apply honge:

15 Din Pehle: Agar aap check-in date se 15 din pehle cancel karte hain, toh 10% cancellation charge lagega (Management/Service fee).

7 se 15 Din: Check-in se 7-15 din pehle cancel karne par 50% amount deduct hoga.

7 Din se Kam: Agar check-in mein 7 din se kam bache hain, toh No Refund (100% cancellation charge) apply hoga.

No Show: Agar guest hotel nahi pahunchta (No Show), toh koi refund nahi milega.

2. Refund Process

Processing Time: Cancellation request approve hone ke baad, refund amount 7-10 working days mein aapke original payment method mein credit kar diya jayega.

Agent Role: Jeetu Nainital Stays refund process ko hotel management ke saath coordinate karega taaki aapko jald se jald paisa wapas mile.

Transaction Charges: Bank charges ya payment gateway fees (2-3%) refund amount se deduct ki ja sakti hain.

3. Modification / Date Change

Agar aap booking ki date badalna chahte hain, toh ye Hotel Himalaya ki availability par depend karega.

Date change ke liye extra charges lag sakte hain jo season ke hisab se hotel tay karta hai.

4. Special Cases (Natural Calamities)

Nainital mein bhari barish, landslide ya government restrictions ki wajah se agar travel mumkin nahi hai, toh hum hotel se baat karke aapko "Credit Note" ya "Date Change" dilwane ki puri koshish karenge.
